Lazy wind

There was a decent turn out for the February 40+ mile ride despite what my old grandma would have described as a lazy wind because it couldn't be bothered to blow around you - just straight through you. It made for a very sharp ride.

Mick led us via Rayne, Stebbing, Lindsell, Great Easton, Broxted, Molehill Green and Takeley to the very welcoming Cafe at Thremhall Park providing hot food and drink with free refills.

Suitably fortified the return journey was made via Takeley (where we naturally picked up some mud from the Flitch Way), Great Canfield, High Roding, Onslow Green, Felsted and Rayne - a total in excess of 44 miles.

Hoping for more spring-like conditions for the March 40+
